摘要
随着我国第三产业的精进,服务领域呈现国际化、标准化、个性化等特征。用人单位对毕业生英语口语的要求日趋严格,这对于高职商务英语专业既是挑战也是机遇。教学工作者唯有审时度势、务实创新,才能培养出适应社会市场需求、推动行业健康发展、改变地区经济面貌的人才。本文分析当前高职英语专业就业形势,揭示在校生能力现状,论述商务英语专业口语课程体系改革设计方案及其保障机制,旨在探究提高学生就业质量的方法。
With the progress of the tertiary industry in our country, the service field presents new features,such as internationalization, standardization, and personalization. Employers' requirements for the graduates' spoken English are becoming increasingly strict, which is both a challenge and opportunity for business English majors in Higher Vocational Colleges. Teaching staff ought to size up the situation and carry out pragmatic innovation, and thus enabling to cultivate talents who can satisfy the social market demands, promote the healthy development of the trade and change the region's economic outlook. This thesis analyses the current employment situation of English majors in higher vocational colleges, reveals the existing ability circumstances of undergraduates, and discusses the reform design proposals together with the guarantee policies for oral language curriculum system of the major with an aim to explore the methods for improving the student' employment quality.
