寿胎丸治疗习惯性流产23例

Shoutai pills in the treatment of 23 habitual abortion cases

目的探讨寿胎丸对习惯性流产的治疗效果,为习惯性流产治疗提供安全有效方法。方法 47例习惯性流产患者,随机分为对照组24例和研究组23例。对照组给予临床常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予寿胎丸治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者治愈9例,有效12例,总有效率91.30%,对照组患者治愈5例,有效9例,总有效率58.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寿胎丸能够有效降低习惯性流产发生率,治疗安全可靠,临床可积极推广应用。

Objective To investigate curative effect of Shoutai pills for habitual abortion, and to provide safe and effective method for treating habitual abortion. Methods A total of 47 habitual abortion patients were randomly divided into control group with 24 cases and research group with 23 cases. The control group received clinical conventional treatment, and the research group received additional Shoutai pills for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results There were 9 cured cases and 12 effective cases in the research group, and its total effective rate was 91.30%. There were 5 cured cases and 9 effective cases in the control group, and its total effective rate was 58.33%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Shoutai pills can effectively reduce incidence of habitual abortion. Thistreatment is safe and reliable, and it is worthy of actively clinical promotion and application.
