自我效能理论和常规护理在血液透析患者中的护理效果对比观察

Comparative observation of nursing effects between self-efficacy theory and conventional nursing in hemodialysis patients

目的探讨自我效能理论和常规护理在血液透析患者中的临床护理效果。方法 80例血液透析患者,根据不同护理方法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组采用常规方法护理,实验组实施自我效能理论护理,比较两组护理效果。结果实验组自我护理能力评分为(121.89±9.58)分、自我护理概念评分为(22.32±3.98)分、自我护理责任感评分为(22.23±3.65)分、自我护理知识评分为(45.35±7.62)分、自我护理技能评分为(34.62±3.96)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理后抑郁评分为(34.22±2.22)分、焦虑评分为(30.57±2.15)分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组肾功能评分为(59.6±7.5)分,心理功能评分为(65.8±9.2)分,社会功能评分为(57.2±6.5)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾衰竭发病率较高,临床上对患者进行血液透析治疗效果理想,患者治疗过程中联合自我效能理论护理效果理想,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate clinical nursing effects of self-efficacy theory and conventional nursing in hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 80 hemodialysis patients were divided by different nursing methods into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing method, and the experimental group received self-efficacy theory nursing. Nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group had self-nursing ability score as （121.89±9.58） points, self-nursing concept score as （22.32±3.98） points, self-nursing responsibility score as （22.23±3.65） points, self-nursing knowledge score as （45.35±7.62） points, self-nursing skill score as （34.62±3.96） points, and these scores were all higher than the control group （P0.05）. The experimental group had lower depression score as （34.22±2.22） points and anxiety score （30.57±2.15） points than the control group （P0.05）. The experimental group had higher renal function score as （59.6±7.5） points, mental function score as （65.8±9.2） points, and social function score as （57.2±6.5） points than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Due to high morbidity of renal failure, clinical implement of hemodialysis can provide ideal effect for patients. Combination of self-efficacy theory and hemodialysis in treatment can provide ideal effect, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
