丝绸之路经济带上的贫困节点城市战略响应及对策研究——以临洮县为例

On Strategy of Underdeveloped Cities in Silk Road Economic Belt and its Countermeasures——Taking Lintao County in Gansu Province for Example

文章以丝绸之路上贫困地区节点城市临洮为例,提出消除行政区域的体制障碍,实现文化溶合、硬件联通、规划对接、产业承接等才能扩张县域经济的内径,抢抓"一带一路"建设机遇,成为丝绸之路经济带中同生共长的重要增长极。

Lintao county is an underdeveloped district in Gansu province, which is an important juncture in Silk Road Economic Belt. This paper, taking Lintao County as an example, explores the ways to develop county economy by removing institutional obstacles in administration, integrating cultures, connecting transportation and communication, coordinating planning and combining industries. The concerned counties and cities should take the opportunity to become important economic growth points in developing Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road.
