摘要
国有企业高管限薪令颁布以来,对国有企业高管的薪酬管制是否能取得理想的效果却很难评定。文章主要从对国有企业高管限薪可能出现的负面效果的研究出发,探究其出现的原因以及相应的影响因素,给企业绩效带来的可能的结果,建立起一定的因果联系,并结合专家、大众的评论提出具有相对可行性的合理化建议。
Since the restriction on payment of top managers in stated-owned enterprises is put into action, there have been all kinds of debates on it. It is difficult to evaluate its effects. This paper, studying from negative impacts of restricting their payment, explores the causes and the possible factors affecting enterprise performance, establishes causal connection and, referring to opinions of experts and the public, comes up with rational suggestions.
