摘要 换流阀是特高压直流输电工程重要的组成部分,其损耗计算对特高压工程的系统设计、散热器参数选择等具有重要的作用。阀损耗与电力电子器件的调制方式、器件类型等密切相关。针对精确估算阀损耗的问题,提出了利用等效热阻模型和温度迭代方法获得器件工作温度,进而求解换流阀损耗的精确计算方法。根据理论研究结论,开发了阀损耗计算软件,该计算软件能同时考虑阀损耗与运行参数的关系。并利用ABB公司提供的IGBT模块损耗计算软件进行了仿真验证。最后绘制了阀损耗与运行参数的特性曲线,为换流阀和散热器的参数设计提供了参考依据。 The converter valve is a key component of Ultra High Voltage Direct Current system. The power loss calculation has attached great importance to the system design and radiator selection. The power loss of valve is coupled with the modulation strategies and categories of power electronic devices. It is difficult to calculate the power loss of valve accurately. In order to solve this problem, a power loss calculation method based on equivalent thermal model and junction temperature iteration method is proposed in this paper. Based on the analytical analysis of power loss, improved software is developed to calculate the power loss of valve. The commercial loss calculation software proposed by ABB is also introduced. And it is used to verify the effectiveness of power loss calculation method. At last, the relationship between power loss and operating parameters is obtained, which provides guidance for the designation of valves and radiator.
