岩溶地区石漠化治理与绿色经济关系辨析及对策探讨

Analysis on the relation between controlling of karst rocky desertification and green economy and policy suggestion

我国石漠化多集中于老、少、边、穷地区,贫困问题与生态环境问题交织。石漠化治理需生态民生兼顾。本文从岩溶地区石漠化现状出发,通过对绿色经济内涵解读及其对石漠化治理的影响分析,得出实施石漠化治理工程需"绿色"与"经济"平衡增长已是必然趋势。从全面小康社会建设、经济发展方式转变、资源能源安全、生态文明建设等角度论述了石漠化地区发展绿色经济的重要意义,并就石漠化治理与绿色经济协同发展提出了相关对策和建议。

Karst rocky desertification is mainly located in old revolutionary bases, minority, frontier and barren areas in China. Poverty and environment issues are intertwined in these places. The development of ecological and livelihood should be balanced. In this paper, first of all, we analyzed the current situation of karst rocky desertification, and connotations of green economy and its impact on desertification control. Then we know the balanced growth of ecology and economy would be an inevitable trend in the project of controlling of karst rocky desertification. Secondly, we discussed the importance of the development of green economy in stone desertification region. At last, we proposed the countermeasures and suggestions on the coordinated development between green economy and controlling of karst rocky desertification.
