摘要
在市场化环境下,科技社团的生存将越来越依赖于社会选择。以武汉市科技社团作为案例分析发现,科技社团在市场化环境中普遍缺乏生存活力,自我化生存度较高,并呈现出"马太效应"现象;而专职人员匮乏,社团经费短缺,资源依赖度高,受精英阶层影响过大则是造成科技社团市场化生存能力"弱化"的重要原因。基于此,提出了具有针对性的对策建议。
Under the market environment, associations of science and technology will become more dependent on social choice. Currently, associations of science and technology in Wuhan have a higher self - survival degree. The survival space is narrow; The associations are lack of vitality, and present the " Matthew effect" gradually; Lack of professionals, shortage of funds, unbalance development, high degree of resource dependence, affected highly by the elite class , low anti - risk ability are the important reasons for the weakening survival ability of the associations. Presently, it is necessary to further promote the marketization operation of associations of science and technology in Wuhan, build the competition mode of one industry to many associations (one to many), set up the full -time personnel system, adjust the structure of the staff, build the performance evaluation system, change the relationship between the government and the associations of science and technology, expand the capital source channel, improve the supervision system, and improve market viability of associations of science and technology in Wuhan.
