摘要
引入知识属性的三个维度,知识宽度、知识深度与知识相似性,研究其对吸收能力与企业绩效的影响,以及吸收能力在知识属性三个维度与企业绩效间关系的中介作用。通过调查问卷设计,运用结构方程模型对理论假设进行验证。研究发现,知识宽度、知识相似性对吸收能力具有直接的正向影响,吸收能力对企业绩效具有直接的正向影响,吸收能力在知识相似性与企业绩效间具有部分中介作用,但并未发现知识属性对企业绩效的直接显著影响。
This paper introduces three dimensions of knowledge attributes: knowledge breadth, knowledge depth and knowledge similarity, and examines their effects on absorptive capacity and performance, and the mediating effect of absorptive capacity in the relationship between knowledge attributes and firm performance. This paper applies SEM to verify theoretical assumptions via the questionnaire design. The results suggest that knowledge breadth and knowledge similarity have a direct positive effect on absorptive capacity respectively; absorptive capacity has an impact on firm performance positively ; absorptive capacity partially mediates the relationships between knowledge similarity and firm performance, but the relationship between knowledge attributes and firm performance is not significant.
