摘要
技术创新的基础研究涉及到显性化商业技术和隐性化商业技术。市场自组织是显性化商业技术创新组织基础形成的根本动力,表现为企业组织结构的柔性化、网络化。隐性化商业技术创新的成本支出是技术创新组织形成的粘合剂,技术创新成本的合理分担直接表现为组织基础的效率,也是促成技术创新的根本保证;政府是隐性化商业技术创新组织基础的构成单元,通过规制或诱导手段推动隐性化商业技术的商业化进程。
The organization study on enterprise technology innovation may be expanded in the fields of dominant commercial technology and recessive one. The organization of dominant commercial technology innovation is established by the impetus derived from the market self - organization, which is characterized by flexibility and network performance. The costs afforded for the recessive commercial technology innovation are the adhesives for establishing the technology innovation or- ganization and should be are shared reasonably between the supply - demand parties which can result in the organization's efficient performance and contribute to technology innovation. The government is one key element in the organization of dominant commercial technology innovation who promotes the commercialization process of recessive commercial technology innovation by means of regulation or induction.
