摘要
以动态的组织学习理论为基础,基于国际化市场进而学习范围的变化,从"学习范围—学习方式"的二维视角探讨组织学习方式的转换路径,提出一个包含外延化扩展、国外聚焦、内向化扩展、国内聚焦四个阶段在内的企业国际化中的组织动态学习过程模型。该模型结合学习范围和学习方式,为国际化企业建立更具体、更具操作性的动态学习过程。
This paper, based on the dynamic organizational learning theory and the change of international markets, discusses the transformation of enterprise learning from the two - dimension perspective of "learning scope - learning way", and puts forward a dynamic model containing four stages of epitaxial expansion, foreign focus, internal expansion and do- mestic focus in learning process. The model contains learning scope, and based on continuous view, sets up a more concrete and practical dynamic process of learning in internationalization.
