摘要
确认生物质能碳汇的法律属性并将生物质能碳汇纳入国内碳交易试点,以实现生物质能环境效益之变现,这是通过市场机制对生物质能产业实现生态补偿的较好方式,是解决该产业发展困境的一条新出路。
In order to cash the environmental benefits of biomass energy, we should affirm the legal attribute of biomass energy carbon sequestration and insert it into pilot project for the domestic carbon trading, which is a good way to realize the permanent compensation for the loss of biomass energy industry by market mechanisms and a new way to solve the development plight of the industry.
