摘要 目的:探讨能谱CT不同扫描参数对测量结果的影响,优化最佳扫描参数。方法:采用GE公司标准水膜,5个扫描参数有序组合,测量552组数据,水膜上选取10个测量点测量CT值,利用概率统计分析法,优化扫描参数。结果:能谱CT水膜成像的扫描参数对测量结果有显著影响,不同参数影响效果不同,不同测量位置对测量结果也有影响。结论:通过能谱CT扫描参数的理论模型和实验数据结合分析,可以优化扫描参数,对临床诊断结果提供可靠的分析依据。 Objective To investigate the effect of different scanning parameters in spectral CT on measurement results, and optimize the best scanning parameters. Methods The GE standard water model was applied to orderly combine 5 scanning parameters, and measure 552 groups of data. Ten measurement points on water model were selected to measure CT values, and the probability and statistics analysis was applied to optimize the scanning parameters. Results The scanning parameters of spectrum CT water model imaging had remarkable effects on measurement results. Different parameters had different effects on results. And the different measurement points also affected measurement results. Conclusion By analyzing the theoretical model and experimental data of spectral CT scanning parameters, the scanning parameters can be optimized to provide the reliable analytic basis for the clinical diagnosis results.
