On the Realization of Current-Mode ContinuousTime Operational Transconductance Capacitance Filter

摘要 A novel type of realization of Current-Mode(C-M)Continuous-nine(C-T)active biquad filtersemploying MOTA (Multi-output Operational fonsconductance Amplifier)and capacitance is proposed inthis paper.The performance of the basic circuit is discussed and the Synthesis procedure based on SFG(Signal mow Graph)is given for generating C-M,C-T active biquad filter systsmatically,and the computersimulation is carried out using 1.2mm CMOS parameters and the results show that the realization of the filter is really suitable for monolithic high frequency application.
