摘要 目的:探讨右心室高位和中位室间隔起搏对心肌跨膜离散度指标的影响。方法:54例Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞患者按照随机数字表法分为右心室高位间隔部组(高位组)和中位间隔部组(中位组),比较两组术前、后QRS宽度、T波峰末间期(Tp-e)、校正T波峰末间期(Tp-ec)、Tp-e/QT值。结果:右心室高位和中位室间隔起搏组术后较术前QRS宽度、Tp-e、Tp-ec、Tp-e/QT值均增加,中位较高位室间隔组术后QRS宽度、Tp-e、Tp-ec、Tp-e/QT值要小,但两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:右心室高位和中位室间隔起搏均会导致心肌跨膜离散度指标延长,但两组无显著差异。 Objective:To observe the effect of the high and the mid right ventricular septal pacing on the transmural dispersion of repolarization. Method:54 patients with complete atrioventricular block were randomly divided into high right ventricular septal group and mid right ventricular septal group.The QRS wave duration,Tp-e interval,Tp-ec interval and Tp-e/QT ratio before and after operation were measured and compared.Result:The QRS wave duration,Tp-e interval,Tp-ec interval and Tp-e/QT ratio were all prolonged in the two groups after operation.These parameters were shorter in the mid right ventricular septal group,but there were no significant difference between two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The high and the mid right ventricular septal pacing groups both could prolong the parameters of transmural dispersion of repolarization,but no significant difference between the two groups was observed.
