双足跟腱黄色瘤的超声、MRI表现与病理对照一例

摘要
病例资料 患者，女，61岁，发现双侧跟腱处肿物40年，肿物逐渐长大，影响外观，行走后自觉肿胀酸楚，来我院就诊。家族中无同类病史记述。查体：双侧跟腱处肿物位于皮下，大小均约10 cm×16 cm，界限不清，表浅静脉无怒张，皮温不高，无压痛，质软，活动度可，双侧足踝活动无受限，双侧足背动脉搏动良好，足趾痛觉灵敏，血运良好。实验室检查：总胆固醇5．28 mmol／L，甘油三酯6．71 mmol／L，高密度脂蛋白0．66 mmol／L，载脂蛋白 B 1．20 mmol／L。
