近视儿童双眼视觉功能的研究进展

Research progress of binocular vision in myopia children

近视性屈光不正已日渐成为影响儿童视力及视觉发育的主要眼病。随着对近视发生发展机制的不断探索，其双眼视觉功能的研究显得尤其重要，研究表明，调节系统异常、辐辏参数及立体视功能均与儿童近视关系密切。提示我们在矫治儿童近视的同时，不仅要注意其单眼视力，还应同时关注并全面了解双眼视功能，在此基础上通过正确合理的视觉训练来改善双眼视觉状态。

Myopia has increasingly become the main eye disease that affects children＇s visual acuity and visual development. With continuously exploring of the occurrence and development mechanism of myo- pia, binocular vision function researches show especially important. Researches show that accomodition sys- tem dysfunction, convergence and stereo scopic vision abnormalities are closely related to the occurence and development of myopia. Which reminds us the attention should be paid to not only the monocular vision but also the binocular visual function at the same time when correcting myopia. On this basis, then visual train-ing through the right way can improve the state of binocular vision.
