活髓切断术在年轻恒前牙冠折中的临床应用被引量：9

摘要年轻恒前牙外伤在学龄期儿童意外伤害中较常发生,其中冠折露髓是最为常见的类型之一.萌出3～5年之内,年轻恒牙牙根还未发育完全,牙根较短,根尖部多呈喇叭状开口.因此,处理外伤露髓的年轻恒牙时须考虑如何促进牙根继续形成,便于患者成年后的远期修复.活髓切断术为我们在临床上提供了一种保存部分活髓,促进牙根继续发育的有效方法.笔者对年轻恒前牙冠折露髓患者的19颗患牙采取活髓切断术进行治疗,并作了随访观察,现将结果报道如下.
