血管损伤的诊治进展

血管损伤是外科急救过程中常见的急症。具有出血量大、病情危急、致残率高、致死率高等特点。临床上常常被其它创伤所掩盖，早期诊断和治疗具有一定困难。因此，尽早明确损伤部位，制定合理的诊治方案，可以显著提高救治成功率，减少伤残率和伤死率，对预后具有重要意义。

Vascular injury is common during surgical emergency, with heavy bleeding, critical condition,high morbidity and death rate. It＇s often overshadowed by other trauma in clinically and is difficult for early diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, early identification of the site of injury and developing a reasonable diagnosis and treatment can remarkably improve the cure rate and reduce the disability and injury death rate, which is important for the prognosis.
