A review of bone marrow stromal stem cell for treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head

股骨头坏死是一种常见的髋部病变，常导致髋关节功能障碍。早期发现和早期治疗有助于改善预后。目前对股骨头坏死的治疗手段众多，但缺乏令人满意的早期治疗手段。干细胞治疗早期股骨头坏死是近年来值得关注的一个重要研究方向。本文回顾了骨髓基质干细胞治疗股骨头坏死的相关研究进展并作相应评价。

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is a common disease which often leads to hip dysfunction. Diagnosis and treatment in the early stage play an important role in improving prognosis. Currently, there are different kinds of treatment for the disease, but there are still no satisfactory means for early treatment. Stem cell treatment is a remarkable research direction for osteonecrosis of the femoral head in the early stage. This article reviewed and evaluated the progress in related researches.
