摘要 眼科学科研团队教学法是建立在以眼科科研课题为任务导向、以提高团队科研能力为目的、以学术探讨为组织形式的教学方法。其教学内容围绕眼科课题的任务导向而设定,鼓励团队成员共同参与,角色轮换,通过一对一及一对多培训、小组会、读书会、业务学习沙龙等多种形式,针对具体的研究任务学习其相应的实验方法、相关理论知识及技能,同时对课题的进展进行监督,并对研究质量进行控制和把关,让团队成员在共同的任务驱动下学习、交流,促进其对眼科学前沿及热点的了解和把握,培养在眼科科研任务中的执行能力、创新能力、分析问题及解决问题的能力,提高团队的科研工作效率及核心竞争力。 Research team teaching in ophthalmology is a task-oriented teaching method of ophthalmology, aiming to improve the research capacity of an academic research team. Every team member is encouraged to participate, and his role is rotated between teaching and learning. The teaching content is settled around the research project of ophthalmology, including experimental method, relevant theoretical knowledge, and project progression and quality control. Several forms of teaching-learning methods are included, such as one to one or one to many training, group meeting, reading club, and salon. Through those learning process, team members can develop their abilities needed for specific project, including the innovation ability, analyzing and problem-solving ability, thereby enhance the research efficiency and core competitiveness of the ophthalmological team.
