周围型肺癌CT征象与病理对照研究分析

Peripheral lung CT signs and pathologic study analysis

目的：对周围型肺癌CT征象与病理组织学类型的相关性进行研究分析，进而评价CT对周围型肺癌的诊断价值。方法选取2012年5月～2013年1月入住我院的肺内孤立性恶性结节患者50例，入选病例均经手术、穿刺活检病例证实，并进行CT征象及病理的对照研究。结果50例患者中，鳞癌15例，腺癌25例，腺鳞癌6例，小细胞癌3例，类癌1例，同组织病理类型病灶发生部位比较，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论CT检查周围型肺癌，效果满意，CT征象与组织病理类型两者与生物学行为、组织病理学成分密切相关， CT检查可作为初步筛查周围型小肺癌的方法。

Objective To analyze the correlation of the CT signs of peripheral lung cancer and histological type, and then assess the diagnostic value of the CT to peripheral lung cancer. Methods 50 cases of patients with peripheral lung cancer in our hospital from May 2012 to January 2013 were selected, all patients were confirmeded by biopsy and surgery, the CT signs and Pathology were compared and studied. Results There were 15 cases of Squamous cell carcinoma,25 cases of Adenocarcinoma,6 cases of Adeno-squamous,3 cases of Small cell carcinoma, 1 cases of Carcinoid in 50 cases of patients, the differences of Histopathological lesions occur with type site were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The peripheral lung cancer was check with CT has a define effect, there have a certain link between the CT signs of peripheral lung cancer and histological type, and related to biological behavior and histopathology, CT examination can be used as a preliminary screening method for small peripheral lung cancer.
