摘要
目的:探讨实习护生运用基础教学法(PBL)的效果分析。方法将2012年9月~2013年4月在我院实习的护生60名,运用随机数字表法分为对照组(30名)和观察组(30名),对照组以传统的教学模式,观察组护生则以PBL基础教学法。比较两组护生的最后考核成绩以及实习过程中发生安全隐患和护理差错的次数。结果实习结束后观察组护生的整体考核成绩高于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组安全隐患事件和护理差错的发生次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用PBL教学方法增强实习护生自主学习的能力,降低护理安全隐患事件和护理差错的发生率,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of basic teaching pedagogy to practice nurse. Methods 60 nursing students studying in our hospital from September 2012 to April 2013 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each, the control group received traditional teaching methods, the nursing students of the observation group received PBL teaching methods. The final assessment results, potential safety hazard and nursing errors times between the two groups were compared. Results Overall assessment scores of the observation group of nursing students were higher than the control group(all P 〈 0.05), the times of security risks incident occurred in the observation group was significantly less than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method for nursing students a combination of theory and practice, to reduce the occurrence of operating room nursing safety hazard events than traditional teaching methods, it is worthy of promoting.
