护理干预1年后对类风湿关节炎患者生存质量的影响

An effect of life quality of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)after nursing intervention one year

目的探讨类护理干预1年对风湿关节炎(RA)患者生存质量的影响。方法选取本院资料较完整的160例RA患者作为护理干预组,给予持续1年的健康教育、指导功能锻炼、心理护理等的护理干预措施1年;另将同期入院且资料较完整的162例RA患者做为对照组,按传统常规护理者观察1年。对两组患者按《生存质量测定简表》评分比较。结果护理干预组患者生存质量在四个维度跟对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预措施对改善类风湿关节炎患者的生存质量有一定的效果。

Objective To investigate the influence of life quality of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA） after nursing intervention one year. Methods 160 patients with RA having complete information in our hospital were selected as a nursing intervention group,who received nursing interventions one year like health education,exercise guidance and psychological care.The other 162 cases with RA in the same period having complete information were selected as a control group,received the traditional routine care for one year.The Two groups of patients were scored and compared according to”Quality of Life summary table”. Results Quality of life in patients of nursing intervention group were compared with the control group in four dimensions,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing is effective to improve the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
