摘要
针对韩国i-Chroma免疫荧光分析仪定量检测系统的光路设计、试剂条卡壳、电机驱动电路进行初步改进研究,并介绍了一种两用的微量取样方法。初步检测试验结果表明,改进系统在大幅降低成本以及优化反应体积后,并未对检测准确度产生影响,光路及光电池的更换还对检测精密度指标提高提供了技术支撑。这些改进方案为开发出满足临床应用需求的新型POCT检测系统奠定了基础。
Based on the Korea i-Chroma fluorescence Analyzer, the optical design, strips shell, change step motor driver chip was investigated, and a two way micro sampling methods was introduced. Preliminary results show that such improvement of the system greatly reduces the cost and optimizes the reaction volume, does not affect the accuracy and still improve the detection precision. The improved scheme has laid the foundation for the new POCT system to meet the demand of clinical application.
