摘要
目的探讨不同厚度无托槽隐形矫治器产生的矫治应变力学效果研究。方法制作厚度为0.75mm和1.00mm无托槽隐形矫治器各10副,将矫治器戴入治疗前上颌光固化树脂模型,位移设计量均为0.2mm。比较两组切牙牙冠唇面和舌侧共11个区的应变情况。结果厚度为0.75mm的无托槽隐形矫治器在切1/3近中、中1/3中、中1/3近中、颈1/3近中、舌侧中央窝、舌侧隆突位置矫治应变大于1.00mm厚度的无托槽隐形矫治器(P<0.01)。结论厚度为0.75mm的无托槽隐形矫治器较1.00mm的无托槽隐形矫治器产生的应力更大。
Objective To discuss treating mechanical strain effect of different thickness without brackets invisible appliance. Methods Each no invisible appliance of 0.75mm and 1.00mm was produced for 10, which were worn on maxillary light-cured resin model, and the amount of displacement design were 0.2mm. Treating mechanical strain effects of incisor crown lingual lip surface and a total of 11 zones of two groups were compared. Results Treating mechanical strain effects of zones of incisor crossing 1/3 mesial, mesial crossing 1/3 mesial, central crossing 1/3 mesial, neck crossing 1/3 mesial, lingual fovea, and lingual protuberance of 0.75mm group were bigger than those of 1.00mm group(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Treating mechanical strain effect of 0.75mm thickness without brackets invisible appliance is greater than 1.00mm.
