摘要
为了探索金属工具腐蚀特征与时间的关系,本研究选取了常见的金属撬棒为研究对象,将其置于上海土壤环境中进行腐蚀试验和腐蚀表征,利用数码相机、扫描电镜(SEM)以及X射线衍射仪(XRD)来观察其腐蚀过程中形貌的变化,分析腐蚀产物的成分,并通过失重法来计算表征平均腐蚀深度与时间的关系。研究表征金属在土壤环境中表面腐蚀形貌随时间变化的规律,计算出了平均腐蚀深度与时间变化的关系。这一结果可以作为在未知时间的条件下,推断相同土壤环境中同种金属工具腐蚀时间范围的数据基础。
In order to explore the change law between the metal tool corrosion characteristics and the time, this study selected the common metal lever as the research object, which were placed into the soil environment in Shanghai for corrosion test. The corrosion morphology change and the composition of corrosion products were evaluated by the digital camera, the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the X- ray diffraction (XRD). The relationship between the corrosion depth and time was ob- tained by the weight loss method. The characterization of the metal performance in the soil environ- ment over time were shown and the relationship between the average corrosion depth and the time was calculated. The results can be used as the data base to deduce the unknown corrosion time range when the same type metal tool were placed in the same soil environmental condition.
