摘要
火力发电厂磨机与高炉喷煤磨机工况不同。高炉喷煤磨机系统设计按原煤条件和煤粉粒度核算磨机实际出力,修正磨煤机一次风量、阻损、电机功率。根据修正后数据配置主排烟风机、布袋收粉器和管道系统等。通过优化设计,可达到节省投资、降低生产能耗、节约成本目的。
The mill working conditions of the thermal power plant are different from the ones of the blast furnace pulverized coal mill. Design of coal mill system of blast furnace is adjusted by coal con- ditions and particle size of pulverized coal, and modified by mill primary air flow amount, resistance loss and motor power. According to revised data main exhaust fan, a bag filter, and pipe system are selected. Through optimizing design, saving investment, reducing energy consumption, and saving the cost objectives are achieved .
