氦氖激光辅助治疗42例带状疱疹的护理体会

He-ne laser assisted nursing experience for the treatment of 42 cases of herpes zoster

目的:探讨氦氖激光辅助治疗带状疱疹的护理要点。方法:42例带状疱疹患者在口服伐昔罗韦、维生素B1、甲钴安片等治疗的同时,采用氦氖激光照射每日1次,7次为1疗程。结果:42例带状疱疹患者经过1个疗程的氦氖激光照射治疗后,有效率达92.85%,患者依从性较高,未见明显不良反应。结论:氦氖激光辅助治疗带状疱疹安全有效,不良反应少,同时结合每一个患者进行针对性护理,提高带状疱疹治愈率,缩短病程。

ObjectiveTo investigate the he-ne laser assisted nursing key points for the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods ：42 patients with herpes zoster in oral cutting yesterday rahway, vitamin BI, a cobalt Ann pieces and treatment at the same time, using he-he laser once per day, seven times for one course of treatment. Results：42 cases of herpes zoster patients after one course of he-ne laser irradiation treatment, efficient was 92.85%, and the patients compliance is higher, no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion：He-Ne laser assisted treatment of herpes zoster is uffe and effective, less adverse reaction, with specific nursing combined with each patient at the same time, improve the herpes zoster cure rate, shorten the course of the disease.
