摘要
粉末静电涂敷作为一项传统技术,起源较早,但是我国在汽车小电机转子绝缘领域的大规模应用还处于起始阶段。分析了汽车微电机转子的绝缘技术和绝缘工艺,介绍了汽车用微电机转子铁心槽绝缘粉末涂敷设备和新工艺,实现了汽车微电机转子及其他家用电器电机器件的粉末静电涂敷绝缘,可减少绝缘层厚度,提高槽满率10%左右,为涂敷器件大批量生产提供了前提条件。
Electrostatic powder coating is a traditional technology. Although it began early, but the motor rotor insulation field of large-scale application is still in the initial stage in china. The insulation technology of the rotor of the motor is analyzed,the application of micro motor rotor core groove insulation powder coating equipment and new technology are introduced,the powder electrostatic coating of the rotor of the motor and the other household electrical appliances is realized. It can reduce insulation layer thickness,improve the full rate of 10%,and provide the premise condition for the application of mass production of the device.
