摘要
避雷带焊接技术是为了提高建筑物屋面避雷带焊接的施工质量、观感质量和施工效率而在传统的避雷带焊接技术的基础上发展的一种新型的施工技术。根据避雷带的实际长度、镀锌圆钢每根长度计算出圆钢与圆钢的焊接有几处进行材料下料,避雷带圆钢与圆钢对接,再用同等型号长度为14D的圆钢两侧倒45°圆弧作为连接件,将连接件分别与两个对接的圆钢进行双面焊接。某工程避雷带焊接成功运用该新型施工技术,与传统避雷带焊接施工技术相比,施工质量高,观感效果好,施工效率高,有效地减小了劳动强度,施工操作方便,施工成本节约了20%。
Lightning protection belt is the welding technology in order to improve the building roof lightning protection belt welding construction quality, visual quality, and efficiency in the traditional lightning protection belt welding technology on the basis of the development of a new type of construction technology.
