一种电力巡视车恒温智能座垫的设计

摘要 随着我国电力行业迅速发展,输电线路越来越多,电力巡视车已进入快速增长阶段,所以作为必备之品的汽车座垫如何解决驾乘人员鞍马劳顿越发重要。从健康角度考虑,设计一款恒温汽车座垫,以解决驾驶员及乘客因座垫冬冷夏热带来的不适或疾病,它采用单片机智能控制,利用温差半导体特性和液体循环散热技术,智能精确控温,采用多重保护和可靠性设计,产品具有体积小、操作简单、安全环保、效率高等优点。 With electrical industry development rapidly,more and more transmitting electrical power lines in China,a sharp increase in productivity was emerged to the electric patrol cars. It is very important how to remove driver and passengers exhausted as a necessary of vehicle. The constant temperature seat pad was designed to cure driver and passengers uncomfort and disease because of different seasons cause temperature change for the people’ health in the article. MCU intelligent controlling and accurately adjusting temperature with the technique of the character and aqua cycle emitting heat,multi-protection and reliable design,the product will be become size small and simply operation and safety environment and highly efficient etc. It will be better competitive in the market.
