摘要
电极型电导率传感器的绝缘技术研究具有重要的工程应用价值,被广泛应用在工业、航天以及海洋研究开发等领域,用于测量水质的电导率。介绍了电极型电导率传感器的工作原理,并对其绝缘特性进行研究,设计了电容器串联电路。实验结果表明:此方案使传感器的绝缘电阻增大2个数量级,为传感器的长期稳定性和寿命提供有力保障。
Study on insulation technology of the electrode conductivity sensor has important application value in engineering. It is used in measuring the conductivity of water, which is widely applied in the industry, aerospace and marine areas of research and development and other fields. This paper introduces the working principle of the electrode conductivity sensor, and studies on its insulation characteristics. The capacitor in series circuit is designed. The experimental results show that this scheme can effectively improve the insulation resistance of the sensor, which is increased by two orders of magnitude. And it provides a strong guarantee for the long-term stability and service life of sensor.
