中药湿敷方对产后会阴切口肿胀、疼痛的疗效

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)shi fu fang curative effect of the swelling,pain postpartum perineal incision

目的:观察中药湿敷方在产后会阴侧切、直切分娩的产妇会阴切口肿胀、疼痛中的效果。方法:选取经阴道分娩会阴侧切、直切的产妇200例,随机分为两组,每组各100例,其中治疗组予中药湿敷方湿敷会阴,对照组予碘伏常规会阴擦洗。分别于产后d1、d2观察两组产妇会阴肿胀、疼痛情况,比较其差异。结果:治疗组产后d1、d2会阴切口肿胀、疼痛方面,较对照组有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组的疗效优于对照组。结论:中药湿敷方对治疗产后会阴切口肿胀、疼痛等方面疗效满意。

Objective： Observation and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）shi fu fang during postpartum episiotomy, straight cut deliv- ery of maternal episiotomy swelling, pain in the role and effect.Method：Selected by vaginal delivery episiotomy, straight cut of 200 cases of ma- teinal, randomly divided into 2 groups, 100 cases in each group, the treatment group to traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）shi fu fang,and the control group to the iodine volts regular scrubbing perineum. Respectively in the two groups of maternal postpartum l day, 2 clays observation perineum swelling, pain, compare their differences.Result： Treatment group after clay 1, clay 2 swelling, pain, than the control group had signif- icant difference （P〈0.01）, the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion： Wet apply Chinese traditional medicine to treat postpartum wound swelling, pain, etc, curative effect is satisfied.
