摘要 以生物法合成的11-氨基十一酸、己二酸为原料,先合成端羧基的遥爪预聚物聚11-氨基十一酸,再与端羟基聚四氢呋喃醚(PTMG)进行缩聚反应,合成嵌段共聚物PA11-co-PTMG。通过红外光谱和核磁共振确认了共聚物的分子结构,通过热分析和力学性能测试表征了共聚物的热性能和物理机械性能。结果表明,合成的共聚物物理机械性能优异,达到了国外同类产品的性能指标。 Thermoplastic polyamide elastomer(PA11-co-PTMG)was prepared by melt poly-condensation with 11-aminoundecanoic acid,adipic acid and poly(tetramethylene-oxide glycol)(PTMG).The synthesis process was divided into two steps.Firstly prepolymer nylon 11 was synthesized with carboxyl telechelic,and then the copolymer was synthesized by melt poly-condensation with PTMG.The chemical structure of the copolymers were presented by FT-IR and 1 H-NMR.The thermal properties were measured by DSC and TG.The mechanical propertie of copolymer was studied.It shows that excellent physical and mechanical properties of copolymer reached similar performance indicators of foreign product and filled the domestic blank.
