摘要
制备了一种由橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CM135B)和树脂型氯化聚乙烯(CPE135A)共混的弹性体材料,并对其各项性能进行了测试。研究了不同CM/CPE质量比、硫化剂用量、白炭黑用量以及增塑剂用量对CM/CPE共混弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,当CM/CPE质量比为50/50、DCP与三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)用量分别为5份和4份、白炭黑用量为50份、DOP用量为20份时,CM/CPE共混弹性体的物理机械性能优异,其中拉伸强度为15.3 MPa,断裂伸长率为275%,100%定伸应力为5.9MPa,邵尔A硬度为82;体系的耐油性能、耐臭氧性能、加工性能在此时也均表现优异,且CM/CPE共混弹性体损耗模量随剪切速率增大而减小,但当达到300r/min时趋于稳定,温度在80℃、应变为120%左右时可获得理想的加工性能。
A type of CM 135B/CPE 135 Aelastomer blends was prepared and its performance was also characterized The influence of different CM/CPE ratio,dosage of curing system,silica and DOP content on properties of CM/CPE elastomer blends was investigated.The results showed that the mechanical properties of CM/CPE blend elastomer was excellent when the CM/CPE ratio was 50/50;DCP and TAIC were 5phr and 4phr;silica was 50phr;the content of DOP was 20 phr.Then the tensile strength,elongation,modulus at 100%,shoreA hardness were 15.3MPa,275%,5.9MPa and 82 A respectively.The oil resistance,ozone resistance and processing performance were also excellent.When the shear rate increased,the loss modulus of CM/CPE elastomer blends decreased.But when the shear rate was 300r/min,the loss modulus was stable.The excellent processing properties of CM/CPE elastomer blends can be obtained when the temperature and strain is 80℃ and 120%.
