提高不带缓冲帘布层轮胎胎面与胎体附着力的方法

摘要 不带缓冲帘布层的轮胎传统采用缓冲胶片直接贴合于胎面下方,轮胎冠部胎面和胎体间脱空严重。为了减少该现象的发生,提出了一种"提高不带缓冲帘布层轮胎胎面与胎体附着力的方法"。该方法主要增加了缓冲胶层浸胶装置、烘干装置、复合装置等,此外采用特制胶浆进行浸胶,胎面与胎体间附着力提高30%~45%,轮胎耐久性能提高40%~50%,胎面与胎体间脱空现象大大减少,因轮胎冠部脱空带来的退赔率减少30%~40%,为企业赢得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。此外该方法简单,易操作,成本低,易于推广。 We generally used a buffer sheet to bond directly to the bottom of the tread of the tire without a buffer nylon layer,The approach leads that the voids between the tire tread and the carcass are serious.In order to reduce the occurrence of this phenomenon,We proposed a method of improving the adhesion of the tread and the carcass of tires without a buffer nylon-layer.We increased mainly dipping devices,drying devices and composite devices of the buffer rubber-layer with this method.In addition,we carried out dipping using a special glue.As a result,adhesion between the tread and the carcass increased 30%~45%.The endurance of tires improved 40%~50%.The void phenomenon between the tread and the carcass greatly reduced.Tires' rates of return and compensation are reduced because of the tires crown void,so enterprises won a certain economic and social benefits.Addition ally,this method is simple and easy to operate,low cost,easy to spread.
