异戊橡胶产品质量对比测试与分析

Testing and analysis of isoprene rubber

对俄罗斯生产异戊橡胶SKI-3和SKI-5PM、日本瑞翁公司生产的异戊橡胶2200、国产的异戊橡胶(IR)进行质量对比,并对30批次国产IR进行测试和质量统计。结果表明:国内通用型IR、环保型IR通过30批次样品测试,数据统计的质量区间基本反映国内IR的生产现状,可以作通用型IR、环保型IR产品标准技术指标制定的依据。通用型IR、环保型IR与俄罗斯、日本瑞翁同类IR样品在相同的条件下,测试结果基本一致,依据IR统计的质量区间制定的IR产品标准其水平与国外基本相当。

In the same conditions,compared quality of IR（Russian SKI-3and SKI-5PM,Japanese Zeon company 2200,Chinese general and environmental protection type IR）,the results were in basic agreement.Quality interval obtained by tested and counted quality of 30 batches of domestic IR（general and environmental protection type）could reflect the domestic production situation and could be used as basis for product technical index of product standard.And product standard level was commensurate with foreign.
