电针长强曲骨穴治疗功能性小便失禁30例临床观察

Clinical observation of 30 cases of electroacupuncture treatment function long curved bone hole urinary incontinence

目的:观察针刺对功能性小便失禁的临床疗效。方法:以中医理论为指导,采用电针长强、曲骨穴治疗功能性小便失禁。结果:30例功能性小便失禁者,治愈11例,占36.67%;有效14例,占46.67%;总有效率83.33%。结论:电针长强、曲骨穴治疗功能性小便失禁是一种有效的方法,可促进神经功能恢复,提高病人生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on functional incontinence. Methods： under the guidance of Chinese medical theory, acupuncture long strong, treatment of functional curved bone hole urinary incontinence in clinical research. Results： 30 eases of functional incontinence of urine, 11 eases were cured, accounting for 36.67%; 14 eases were effective, accounting for 46.67% of the total efficiency of 83.33%. Conclusion： Eleetroaeupuneture long strong, treatment of functional curved bone hole urinary incontinence is an effective method, which can promote the recovery of neurological function, improve patient quality of life.
