预充式导管冲洗器对预防外周静脉留置针堵管的效果评价

The effect evaluation of pre-filled catheter syringe in the prevention of peripheral intravenous catheter clogging

目的：比较两种冲洗液/冲洗器在预防外周静脉留置针堵管的效果,以探讨对冲洗液/冲洗器的合理选择。方法：随机选择2014年1～5月在我科采用外周静脉留置针穿刺的患者共200例,其中使用美国BD公司福徕喜预充式导管冲洗器在无菌操作下接输液接头封管100例,生理盐水封管100例,对比分析两种冲洗液/冲洗器的差异。结果：预充式导管冲洗器能有效降低外周静脉留置针堵管的发生率。结论：美国BD司福徕喜预充式导管冲洗器能有效预防外周静脉留置针堵管。

Objective：comparison of two kinds of washing liquid/syringe in the prevention of peripheral intravenous catheter clogging effect, To in- vestigate the reasonable selection of the washing liquid/syringe.Methods ：Randomly selected from January 2014 to May 2014 in our department with peripheral venous indwelling catheter in patients with a total of 200 cases,in which use the American BD Flush pre-filled catheter syringe under aseptic operation connection an infusion joints sealed tube 100 cases,NS sealed tube 100 cases, Comparative analysis of differences in two kinds of washing liquid / syringe results pre-filled catheter syringe can effectively reduce the incidence of peripheral intravenous catheter clog- ging. Conclusion：the American BD Flush pre-filled catheter syringe can effectively prevent peripheral intravenous catheter clogging.
