中西医综合治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Integrating Chinese and Western medicine to Treat Neurogenic Tinnitus

目的:观察西药内服结合中医针灸及穴位注射对神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法:将本院收治的117例神经性耳鸣患者随机均分为3组,对照1组单纯口服西医,对照2组给予针灸+穴位注射,治疗组予氟桂利嗪片、复合维生素B内服结合中医针灸及穴位注射治疗。结果:对照1组总有效率为53.8%。对照2组总有效率为79.5%;治疗组总有效率为89.7%.治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:西药内服结合中医针灸及穴位注射对神经性耳鸣的疗效更佳。

Objective： To observe the effect of integrating oral medication with acupuncture and point injection for nervous tinnitus. Methods： randomly and equally grouping 117 nervous tinnitus patients which are treated in hospital into three groups, only orally taking medicine for control group one, implementing acupuncture and point injection for control group two, and integrating the oral medication of flunarizine tablets and vitamin B with acupuncture and point injection for treatment group. Results： The total effective rate of the control greup one is 53.8%. The total effective rate of the control group two is 79.5%. And the total effective rate of the treatment group is 89.7%. Thus the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The effect of integrating oral medication with aeupuncture and point to treat nerve tinnitus is better.
