目的:总结诱导期透析患者保护残余肾功能的护理体会。方法:对16例尚有残余肾功能的诱导期透析患者进行回顾性分析,总结保护残余肾功能的护理方法。结果:16例患者的残余肾功能不同程度的得到保护,延缓肾功能的减退,延缓并发症的发生,提高生命质量。结论:对仍有残余肾功能的诱导期透析患者进行系统的护理干预,能延缓残余肾功能的减退,有利于提高患者的透析质量。

Results 16 eases of residual renal function in patients with different levels of protection, delay the de- cline of renal function and delay the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life. Conclusion Still have residual renal func- tion the induction period of dialysis patients with systematic nursing intervention, can delay the residual kidney function decline, to improve the patient＇s quality of dialysis.
