我国高等学校学生就业形势预测分析

Forecast Analysis on Situation of College Students' Employment in China

高等学校学生就业问题直接关系到社会稳定和高校的生存及发展。文中对我国高等学校学生就业形势进行了预测分析。重点针对工科类普通高校毕业生就业难的现象进行了探讨。同时结合本校特色,以培养应用型人才为目标,提出了调整培养模式和实践环节的方法,加强对大学生创新能力和实践能力的培养,拓宽就业渠道,探索增加大学生就业能力的途径并进行实践,达到提高就业率的目的。

The employment of college graduates directly affects stabilization of society and existence and development of colleges. This paper forecasts and analyzes the situation of college students＇ employment,and it mainly discusses the phenomenon that graduates from ordinary colleges are more and more difficult to be employed. At the same time,combining with the features of our school and taking the cultivation of applied talents as the goal,it presents methods of adjusting the training modes and practice links in order to strengthen the training of students＇ innovative and practical ability,broaden employment channels and explore the methods of increasing employment skills and ways to improve their employment rate.
