摘要
针对动态轨道衡塞入式剪力传感器称重原理进行分析,确定了传感器弹性体应变片的位置及贴片区域和应变片测量栅丝的排布方向;采用有限元仿真分析得出传感器过盈装配对应变测量区影响的平面剪应力分布云图,确定了弹性体应变区的贴片范围。通过分析不同过盈量及接触区时弹性体的变形,研究了预紧力大小对传感器性能的影响。
The weighing principle of the shearing force sensor is explained, and the way to stick the strain gage and the direction of the metal gate by theoretical computation are decided. The assembling stress can be calculated through the finite element analysis software, and then the strain area of the elastomer is known. The deformation of the elastomer with differdent interference and contact area is gotten so that the effect of preloading on the sensor can be sure.
