摘要
随着对工业产品零部件轻量化需求的不断增加,镁合金作为现代工业轻质结构材料的应用越来越广泛,但不能够与之快速发展相适应的表面性能问题逐渐显露出来。微弧氧化是提高镁合金表面性能的一种十分有效的方法,然而其电解液配方及各种添加剂是影响镁合金微弧氧化膜层性能的关键因素。综述了基础电解液、复合电解液组分以及各种添加剂对微弧氧化过程及膜层性能影响的最新进展。
As light structural material in modern industry, magnesium alloy has been applied more and more widely, along with the increasing demand of light weighting product parts in industry. However, the surface property problems are gradually uncovered. Micro arc oxidation is an efficient method to improve the magnesium alloy coatings ,with formulation of electrolyte solutions and additives as the key factors. The recent research progress is summarized on how basic electrolyte solutions, composited electrolyte solutions and additives influence the micro arc oxidation process and the corresponding coating properties.
