摘要
利用直读光谱仪对6063铝合金管母线的成分进行分析,研究合金成分对管母线电导率的影响;用万能试验机对其抗拉强度进行检测,研究不同热处理方式对其抗拉强度的影响;用电导仪测试其电导率。结果表明,合金化成分对电导率有显著影响;单级时效处理后合金的抗拉强度较双级时效的稍高,但电导率较双级时效的明显低一些,综合考虑双级时效工艺为最优时效方案。
This paper mainly studied the influence of composition on the electrical conductivity and the influence of different heat treatments on the tensile strength of 6063 aluminum alloy tubular bus-bar by means of the direct-reading spectrometer, conductometer and universal tester. The results indicate that alloying compositions have evident influence on the electrical conductivity. The tensile strength of aluminum alloy after single-stage aging treatment is a bit higher than that of aluminum alloy after double-stage aging treatment, but the conductivity of the former is much lower than that of the latter. Therefore, double-stage aging treatment is the optimal limitation system.
