V28-1铝合金活塞模锻件是火车内燃机活塞的坯料,是东北轻合金有限责任公司近些年开发的主要产品之一。针对原来锻件加工余量大,金属利用率低,成品率低,生产工序复杂,产品成本高等问题,开展了锻件精化设计与锻压生产工艺改进的研究,取得了成功,经生产实践表明有良好的经济效益。

As one of the main products developed by Northeast Light Alloy Co. , Ltd. in recent years,the V28-1 piston die forging of aluminum alloy has been used as the train piston blank of the internal combustion engine. Successful research has been carried on forging refined design and forging process improvement to solve the problems of big finishing allowance, low metal utilization ratio, low finished product rate, complex production technique, and high product cost. The production practices prove the technique is good and economic effect can be achieved.
