局部枸橼酸抗凝血液透析的操作与护理 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨局部枸橼酸抗凝(RCA)解决高危出血患者血液透析的操作与护理要点。方法采用112 mol/L的枸橼酸钠、空心纤维透析器和普通含钙碳酸氢盐透析液,对有高危出血倾向患者进行血液透析。结果通过科学操作与护理,有出血倾向的患者均顺利完成治疗目标,透析器及管路未见严重凝血现象,无明显电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱症状,未见有引起或加重出血。结论具有高危出血倾向患者应用局部枸橼酸抗凝技术,有抗凝效果好、对出血风险影响小、操作简单、安全等优点。
