In this paper, a dgitaliZation evaluation for surface form deviation measurement is introduced. Usining the technology of the digital graphic processing , the calculation and evaluation of the surface form deviation are achieved on the Matlab. The method is proved effective by comparing the calculated result with the visual measured result.
