自媒体的发展给高校辅导员工作带来了全新的机遇和挑战,虽然冲击了辅导员传统工作方法 ,但迎合了学生主体的需要。由于在辅导员具体工作中自媒体应用能力不足、新功能发挥不充分,使得自媒体的优势没有得到充分发挥,但是利用自媒体平台加强对学生的教育、管理已经成为目前高校辅导员工作的一个重要方式,这就要求高校辅导员不断改变工作方法,充分利用自媒体全方位引导学生,在学生工作上占有主动权。
